Those would put some Redfish in the livewell, probably some Bass too. Those shrimp pattern would do well on the flats.
TS- When you buy a fly rig be sure the reel will do OK in salt water. Nothing better than good sized inshore fish on a fly. And you'll probably want two, a 4wt and a 7 or 8wt. 5lb of bass on a 4wt is fun but you get broken off a lot.
