I look for motivation myself in forums sometimes. It helps. It stirs up the imagination on what you could make new that would catch fish. Use these and other forums and just do like your doing. Getting feedback and suggestions from others. I like to join "Jig Swaps" if the forums are having any. I have even volunteered to host one to keep me motivated. Hope this helps.
