    Talking about a hangup nightmare. I believe I would use better hooks but each to their own!

    Depending on what your state allows for number of hooks on one line that could actually be illegal!!!

    That would be considered one lure, not 3 hooks. If your state allows lures with 3 hooks (like big rapalas), then it is legal.
