I needed a few vertical lures for a trip to LOW. These lures can be fished with or without the spinners but it seems that in off colored waters the spinners works best. A minnow head is used with the trebles and can be switched out for a single hook for a whole minnow presentations.
Components: # 6 hook,#3 1/2 willow blade, #2 spinner, 4mm beads, 0.22 wire and glow powdered paint.
Note: Used shipahoy41 method of solder filling the willow blade with solder. Filling the blade level with 60/40 solder produces a 1/8 once spoon. A 1/16 inch hole is drilled to accommodate the second split ring.
