Be careful not to loose one if one should come out. I have had that happen several times with the more no name brands with the inserts and just glue them back with super glue, but have to be careful about where the glue is put.

First send the one you have back to where you bought it. Then remember this in the future as most good stores will replace something like that when it happens.

Here are a couple places. The 2nd link will carry a lot more items than the first, but I am not sure about who has best price. Both are good and have good customer service.
Not a lot of brands here, but this one is good.

If you look around this link you will see a lot of items most don't even have. Dr. Slick's has good stuff especially for the price compared to some others.
