Default Colors For Spring That Work

Well just thinking about it I decided to tie a few that I have had good luck with over the years and didn't included any of the really new materials I have now, but a few of the new ones will be just killer too. Anyway these are 1/32 Oz Roadrunners, but regular ball head jigs will work very well with the same colors. These colors should cover you from clear water to pretty darn stained water.

One thing you can't tell the color is the 3rd jig down and the tail on that one is FL Yellow and just hard to see the difference in a Pic, but it's different.

That one is what I call my Christmas Jig and it is....Flame Red/Kelly Green/FL Yellow and is deadly! Orange is not so far off from a Flame Red, but I like it better I guess because I have used it so much, but wouldn't say Orange wouldn't be just as good, maybe better. I have use that color since the 1970's as it's a Blakemore color and has been in their list since then.

    Thanks Bobo, I appreciate that!

justcameslabdaddy, the ones in this pic are actually Nickel Plated, but I do use a lot of Silver and Chrome Powder paint. I have extra power in Chrome though. PM me if you want to take any of that.
