OK what is the most popular material and Style legs used on Crappie Jigs? Rubber or vinyl ? I have ordered some material from bass pro but don't care for it. But some of the jigs I have seen on here look real nice. Thanks Gary

Look for Bass Spinner skirts and use them. Other than that I like the living rubber and the silicon that is used to make leggs with for flies.

I love to use vinyl or rubber material to blend in with my marabou or hair it gives the Jig more action also you could use the material all by itself which makes a excellent jag if you watch the living rubber or vinyl in the water you will see what I mean is the little legs will move out and have a town of action I have caught many fish just using living rubber or vinyl.
take a look at some of my rooster jigs.
In the one youtube video I watched the teacher tied the legs in on each side, not through the body as I have done in the past. I like the round spinnerbait material but I haven't found any that I couldn't find a use for. The round returns to it's original position better and gives lots of action, and it might be a bit more rigid.
