That is sharp!! Never thought of that before! Thanks for sharing. My oldest likes to try to use things he finds around the house. He is VERY inventive. I'll pass this one on to him. We'll be chewing lots of gum for a while. lol.

Is there as specific shape that you are after so when it folds over you have the winged effect?? I know you can do anything since you are cutting it out. Does it hold its shape well in the water and after a few strikes?

As far as cutting to little body out you'll have to experiment but I would make a oblong and not too wide and fold it do that on the jig head then tie it into place and the pitcher that is vinyl tape a course but if you were just to use vinyl you could experiment a lot more have fun it will be interesting to see what everyone else comes up with.
