Default My New Grass Shrimp Fly

Its been a while since I made some new flies/jigs so I made this one last weekend. I gave it a try at a local pond and the bream and bass love it! Haven't tried it for crappie yet but I'm pretty sure they'll love it. The only bad thing....the legs tend to break off after catching a few fish. Other than that, it works great!

Super sweet! How big is it lengthwise? Weight wise?

I tied it on a size 4 panfish hook so I would say 1 1/2 inches. I didn't add any weight to this one because I wanted it to fall very slow and stay close to the top of the water.

Nice tie! That should catch fish for sure! If you don't have a Macro setting on your camera move it just a little farther from the fly and it will come out clear.
