Skip I was at the local sporting goods buying up some feathers to play with I noticed that they are making marabou and UV so we bought four different packages plus some other UV feathers they are starting to make more and more stuff UV which is fantastic if anybody knows the source of adding this stuff to feathers when you are dying them a different color I would surely like this information.

LOL. I just read up on all that stuff the last couple years and just knew because of what it does that it would get popular.
Forgot to say I have some coming too. Have had the catalog for a couple month and just have not taken time to get it until now.

I guess I'm going to have to do more research on all the UV stuff man they got everything in the world now including Chanel.
is crazy angler handling anything in UV yet. I was just on his site today and did not see any but I have to go back and recheck may have to send Robert a e-mail.

most places that carry fly tying materials have UV stuff now I just don't know what ails there may be available I'm going up to do research all I know if it definitely works we are starting to use a lot of UV and glow-in-the-dark combined awesome. The thing of it is we been using glow-in-the-dark for many years we used to handle a tube skirt made in China we no longer can get it it was very durable but the little skirt did the trick we could not keep them on the shelf but we are now making a tube that does the same thing glow-in-the-dark.

yes I have been using some UV chenille for a long time now. It use to only be a couple types, but more and more have it now and I bet I have 5 or 6 different kinds that are UV. I just don't say a lot about that part since most don't realize it's a benifit yet. It doesn't mean you will get a bite, but it increases the chances your bait will be seen.
I can see that Skip and Snake think alike. We cannot wait to see what you two brilliant minds come up with.

As do a million others for many many years. Glow lures have been around since late 30s. Its not a new concept. Neither is uv, and it's relevance is only linked to fluorescence. But i believe in fl. materials… not uv. Yet.
It Only gets more advanced as the people who produce and manufacture the materials provide it for us.
I look forward to the new looks on what we have though.
