UV + Glow

I was just thinking, has anyone put a UV coating on a glow jig to get the best of both worlds? I know that glow jigheads still glow through regular clear topcoats (CS and Sally Hanson), wouldn't they also glow through a UV topcoat? Anybody got any ideas on this or already doing it?

I use CS UV clear coat over all my glow jig heads.
It doesn't seem to affect the glow properties of the jig heads.

I would rather just make the entire thing out of soft plastic.
