Nice ties, duck makes for for looking feathers. I should use more since I have so much of it. I mean it's crazy as I have a lot of packs of Teal, Gadwall, Mallard, Wood Duck, then a 5 gallon bucket of some with lots of wood duck and some mallard. On top of that I have a pound of Mallard Flank and a few other bags of more Mallard Flank. I have got to start using it more, LOL! Some I have had for 4 years or so. Just crazy I guess!

What kind of duck feathers do you need ? Wings, breast?

I really like the way duck looks in jigs. I actually prefer duck over marabou but, thats personal preference. Nice ties yellowjacket!

I like the look, how is the action of duck compared to say kiptail or buck tails

I will have to try duck on larger jigs next. Yours are nice looking. I personally like mallard flank because it can take alittle more beating than the marabiou I tie. Not sure of the action difference.
