It's just bead lace. Can get it at any hobby store. Can even get it in glow, that glows as good as any.

I like the clear bc you can create endless possibilities of body appearances that actually mimic your bait of choice with diff thread colors UNDERNEATH.
Minimal coating on top, if any without your jig becoming a brick.
