Just a note on that Glow Flash, I have some and it's just okay as far as I am concerned. I don't use it and don't like it much for a tail, but that is just me and you may like it. It does glow, but not very bright and I just decided to go with regular hackle tails and besides fish see Florescent colors different then we do. I have not tried any of the silicone glow stuff yet, but I will.

Here are a few more glow jigs with a tail dressed with marabou. This pattern works quite well when the fish are in a neutral feeding mode.
My jig boxes are just about full now.

They look good! I use that same head I think for a lot of my jigs, but with a #6 or #4 sickle hook. What kind of hooks and size are you using. Does the thread glow as well?
Also if your using them ice fishing and want to charge them to the max, get one of the UV lights they use for UV Glue. A couple seconds and they will glow brighter than you have ever seen them.
Love the colors too!
The hook size is #6. I either use eagle claw 570 and 575 or mustad 32756 or 32755. I can't seem to find a sickle hook in A #6 or smaller.
The thread is non glow # 210 or 140.
I didn't know they make a glow thread.
I have used the UV LEDs to energize the jigs. I also use the flash from a throw away camera and a flash catcher which energizes 360 degrees of the lure with one flash. Both work quite well.
I get that head or at least looks really close from Grousefly so give him a shout if you want that with a
#6 sickle!
when I get home I will look to see if the have glow thread and if not i know you can get FL White which will look better to the fish!
i've been making these for some time now.....glow head n glow tail.
this is 1/80 oz also go up to 1/32oz.
