    Default phb 16 horse or pony head


    I just got a new jig mold off of EB and just wanted to ask which blades I should buy to use with it I know I need #12 crane swiv's, will a small ball bearing swiv work ? if so which size ?

    On a 1/16th a size 0 or 1. For the 1/16th oz size I use a #12 crane swivel. I don't think a small ball bearing is going to work in it, they're wider than the crane swivel and don't have the same clip ends. Get some good cranes and you won't have any problems I've been using them for years. I get mine from either Hagens or Worth, since I use them on beetle spin frames I buy them by the 1000.

    Lots of guys now are using jump rings - solid metal ring and you just mash them together.

    Some Do-It mold use a #12 or #14, but I always use the 12.
