    The Jitterbee is a good bluegill fly. Here is a similar pattern that has worked well for me. It is called the GW Bug.

    That is a nice looking fly. It has been my experience that anything with legs it better than without for bluegill. Okie what is the body made of in that Fly.

    Tracker,
    The chartreuse material is Danville "Depth Ray" yarn. The black is black metallic punch yarn.

    Another good bluegill bug is the "Cap Spider" You could always add a couple legs to back.
