best PM Fatman as he has a couple of link to custom molds. If you need machine work done on them check with local CNC machine shops.Best that I can do at this time. Just a thought but if you have a local Vo/tec school that teaches machining you might check with them.
You might have to go as far as St.Louis to have it done. Have you checked in Jeff city or Warsaw??? Robert at Crazy Angler use to do this type of work but no longer does.

We've been discusing this on another forum for a week or so. If you find someone, please let me know. Like Redman said, Robert doesn't do it anymore.

I would like to get a 1/32 oz mold converted to 1/24 oz. and cannot find anyone to do it either.
there is a guy in virginia named shawn collins, and he does jigmolds, custom too. he did one for me about 5 years ago. top notch work, but it was on a blank he had made from aircraft aluminum. alot of guys have complained about him not doing fast work or returning emails and calls, but he was a one man operation with a backlog of work I guess. I will say his work is second to none tho. last I checked he had a nice website.
That is one thing that must be used is Aircraft Grade Aluminum for custom molds. One of the reasons that Do-It doesn't change there molds much. They are set for production and don't want to change much. Cast blanks feed blanks in to machine. put on handles and hinges and ship them out the door. Son has visited the place and said it is a small operation.
Denver, Iowa is on the North east side of Waterloo, Iowa and my son lives on the South west side.
The easiest molds to make are the single cavity type. I use to be able to turn one out in about 3 hours once the pressing blank or slug was made.

There is a you tube video that will show you how to convert a 1/32 oz mold to a 1/24oz mold using a drill and a 1/4 bit. It is called Crappie Fishing making a 1/24 oz jighead mold.
