Looks good Bugman, I'm going to try my hand at powder coating with the fluid bed today. Bought a toaster oven yesterday. How do you do your curing and eyes? Like do you cure your jigs then paint the eyes and cure again?

    Thanks,
    Dave

    Bandit,
I cure paint eyes and don't cure again,i use model paint and it seems to stay on very well.I also always use the broil on my toaster oven so it will heat from the top i used the bake once and it melted the lead right off in jjus a few minutes.
    Micro,
I use a pump rated for a 100 gallon tank and after i messed with it and found an air leak i can run all 4 and have plenty of air left over.
    Wvspec,
Thank you sir and i'm glad yours is doin good.....how many thousand have you got painted up?
    Skip,
I use a 1/8 inch thick hard plastic thats glued into a recess in the cup, works like a charm and no more coffee filters for me.

Bugman Quick question where did you get your membranes?? Have all the parts and pieces for two of them but have to put them together. This has been a big question and sounds like you have a good answer if you care to share.
