got 7 year old grandson ethan started tying last weekend ,I think he is addicted also , I gonna have to tell him to play 60 minutes a day ,can't ty all day long . I'll have to get a second job to support his material habit !! he really likes to tie spiders ,cut his own body shapes from foam he had for some school project, said poppy can I use this to ty with ?looks like it will work ,he is having a ball .Now he wants to mix and paint his own jig heads ,he thinks don't need my help!!! WOW!!the young minds imagination!!!

Now you've done it, I was afraid if I ever started tying I couldn't be anywhere near as good as most of the guys on this site and now I see, I'll never be as good as a 7 year old. Very humbling!

Loved to see it and you'll have a fishing partner for a very long time. Would love to see a pic of his first fish caught off of one his own ties. Congrats, you've got him started off right.
