    Jigs ! LOL I do not know what to call them , but they should put a hurt on the Smallmouth in the river I fish , along with the Walleye .

    Those are darter heads unless I'm mistaken. Shad Darts are tied on them a lot. Mostly done in white and red tips on the head, sometimes yellow with red. Any color can be done but those are what I saw most of growing up.
