    Where can I find it or who can make it. Hope picture can open if not. It's white look like regular twister body but tail is long skinny like snake tounge

    Try Grizzly jig. They have similar jigs from a couple different manufactures.

    Mikes Bait and tacke in Indian Lake makes a jig really similar to that in about every possible color. Not sure where in ohio you are located but if your ever out this way I would check him out.
