What kind of air supply are you using? Most use an aquarium air pump and I think my problem with the home made ones I tried was you have to use one of the coffee filters which always for me didn't equally distribute the air. Your's looks much better than the couple I tried so maybe it will be different for you. I just like the membrane cups.

Your's looks like a job well done!

Let us know how it does as like I said yours looks better than ones I used/tried.

I don't understand how this one will work with the powder but it looks great!! It is just different from any I have seen. What is the small tire valve going to be used for? I can't wait to see some pics of it in use and thanks for posting. :o

    Thanks guys.
I have a small 12v air compressor for my truck.
Walmart.com: Slime-Heavy Duty Portable 12 Volt Tire Inflator with Built-in Gauge and Light-Direct Drive Design: Automotive
it gets very little use. and if I could save myself 20 bucks on a pump all the better.

At first, the air dumped straight out of the valve into the pvc female adapter. I didn't like the air control. I felt it was too big a cavite below the Filter and upper adapter. So I added a 90 degree and siliconed up to the top of it. Creating a smaller air cavite and a more direct air flow through the filter.
Also I used the washers for base weight, they are sitting inside the Bushing Cap before I filled it with silicone.

hopefully this explains things alittle better.

Yes, thanks. The air flow is the key and it doesn't take much. Looks like the distribution will be good under your filter.
