Watched the video and enjoyed. How would you fish it in Kentucky waters and at what time of year does it work best?

Im in Ohio but use these on the ice tipped with minnow head or spikes.

Bronson I fish them as a vertical jig on a short? (5 foot) stiff graphit rod. Find that they work best right before fall/winter transistion. I fish them close to brush piles and blowdowns. Jig them up about a foot or so then let them set still and then tremble the rod. Repeat the process if they are around it won't take long to start to get hits. I like to use a single hook on them gold is the color for me on a silver pimple. Richstick mention that you can use a waxie or other bait. Mine is a piece of the white belly meat of a crappie. Seem to catch cannibal crappies by that method. LOL
Am sure they will work for you as I have caught about every different kind of fish both north and south. They aren't just for Ice Fishing.
All the best
