I use sickle hooks in my do it molds. Depends on the mold and the size hook that you want to use. Some modification might be in order, but it takes a trained steady hand.

They usually fit fine, if not you can soot up the mold and close it on a hook to see where you need to LIGHTLY take off some material. Don't take off too much or you can ruin it.

the biggest problem I have with Do-It molds is that the eye of the hook is either too long or too short.

Just like others I place the hooks in the mold and take a sharpie and make a small mark where I need to remove a bit of material. Just go slow and use a small wheel on a dremel and no problem. You don't want to get carried away but its not that precise IMO. Most of the time its just from the barb to the hook point that needs removed on the mold so unless you went wild it would be hard to remove to much material to make the hook set crooked in when poored.
