Unfortunately over the internet it is sometimes difficult to show meaning, context and emotion. Then you run into the "this has been asked 100s of times use the search functionality b4 you ask". Long time posters get frustrated by repeatedly answering the same questions over and over. New users get frustrated because they feel like they are getting shut out. Happens on every forum I have been a part of.

This forum in my opinion is pretty open to members and trying to help. There are TONS of stickys to help new users: Post, add pictures, fishing techniques and yes trying to help and encourage fellow fishermen to take up the hobby of jig tying.
