I can get 3-4 dozen simple marabou jigs done in an evening fairly easily. I tend to take my time a bit more on the bigger bucktails I tie for white bass, wipers, etc....

Go-to color combos, I will keep a half dozen in my box. Random combos and experiments, I tie as I go, but will always tie at least two if it looks good.

I average between 20 to 25 dz a day with no interruptions...MY JIG BOX...stays pretty full with old reliables and proto-types....BUT VERY SELDOM GETS USED...lol. THAT"S THE SAD THING!!!!! But I love hearing all the great fish stories about people that catch a ton of fish on something I have made...but that's the custom tackle business...you cant be in 2 places at the same time.....gotta love it!!!!

Is that pouring the heads, powder coating, and painting the eye's? I only do it in the evenings...between the things that (she needs me to do) I do 10-12 an hour...then I loose focus... but that is tying on a finished head.
