After listening to you guys I don't feel alone. A short day today and we'll finish "The Week From Hell". Then it's two days off to go fishing and recharge and start fresh Wed morning.

Just remember Skip, you're selling lures not saving lives. When it's your livelihood you take it serious, but it's not life-and-death. Don't be afraid to remind your most impatient customers of that from time to time, and don't be afraid to refund an a-hole and move on!

From what I can tell you're tying great stuff, and if your customers could do so they would tie the lures themselves. I'd say, behind or not, you have the upper hand! Heck, I've always considered having more work than I can keep up with a 'good problem'.
