    Default Marble Jigs HELP

Hey guys, can someone help me? I remember about a year or so there was someone who made some marble jigs. If I remember correctly they were tube jigs with a marble style of paint. Anybody recall the thread? For the life of my I can't find it.
    Thanks for any help,
    NightProwler

Stump Hunter the pictures may have been moved from their spot on the picture storage they were using and if they moved them then they are not going to show up.

After seeing that I did some my self, but don't sell them. I used a eye dropper to add the extra color right after taking it out of the powder paint first color.

It can make some really nice looking jig heads, but also some don't come out like I wanted them to, but that was mostly not being good at using the eye dropper. I have not done any since, but also wouldn't say I wont do more. I think I have one pictured on my site.

Yes here it is, but they didn't all come out like this and some I didn't care for much and still have not tied them...

I remember your jig Skip, it looks great.
I play around with a few jigs for myself with adding colors but it is hard to get them to all look the same at least for me. .
I learned (or I am learning) to add the colors so I could add something the the jig swap jigs. There are some great jigs tied for these swaps.
Thanks Skip for posting the pic again.

yep, the keyword consistently... I have not found a way. I know with the vein pp's you get close... but with custom pp, almost impossible to be perfectly consistent...

a year ago or so I posted on marbling jig heads for and inserting inside a plastic skirts it was quite a hit with ship and a few other guys on here. It was brought to my attention with a pm from night prowler so I went ahead and made a couple to show you what I have done with vinyl paint. We simply put they jig heads in a cordless drill and dip them in paint and spawn it off. Then take a drop of whatever other. color you would like to use and spin it and make a couple drops on the jig head here is a picture to show you what it looks like it's not like powder paint dusting the holdup powder paint dusting in the above pictures from skip in the other members are fantastic but this is a different way that you can accomplish marbling.
