I check out the flat rate box size and it shouldn't be a problem fitting 5-lbs into the box. Let us know for sure though.

I think your probably right Prowler.

I do think 5# will fit into the 10.95 box,but it doesnt look like it leave any room for any kind of cushioning..
This pack it probably just under a pound,and does look like I can squeeze 3 or even 4 more packs in with it.
