Don't use Mama's oven to cure, green chartreuse left a residue on my toaster oven. She would have skinned me if that was her oven. I use a heat gun, I think I got it at Lowes for about $20, oven for less than that. It's a bit noisy but clean and durable and does a good job on low setting. I glaze them after coating and then toast em. Don't overheat the head as that will put more paint on the jig and create drips, which look like a nose on the jig. The fish don't care, just us.
