    Don't know, it was on there when it came out of the box. The sheet on the vise doesn't mention it either. Got to be to hold something in the tying process.

    they look nice for firsts!look better than my first ones lol.and my first ones i did with sewing thread,and some of them come apart because i wasn't proficiant with whip finish as i am now.
