    Default Feels good!

I was ice fishing with a couple buddies yesterday. In the immediate area were 8 to 10 other people. About 4 o'clock, the fish started to bite, and everyone ended up in about a 40 foot area. Everyone was catching a few fish, and we were all having a good time.
The one thing I noticed is that I was catching a few more fish than the others. Most everyone was fishing plastics, but I had my marabou jigs on. After 20-25 fish, it still looked almost like new! I was kind of proud... Nothing like your own jigs putting some fish on the ice!

I know when I started tying flies and I caught my first fish on a fly I tied it was awesome. Congrats on catching fish on your own tie.
The best time to go fishing is now!:D

Yeah it's great catching them on your own, but I'm with Skeet I'll pass on the ice, I've been through before and sure as heck ain't ever gonna happen again.
