    hilts used to be larger but i am not sure about the new ones.
    a chisel and a hammer works good just go slow so mold still closes tight.
    you do not want to move to much metal a little bit on each side makes a big difference.

    Thanks, I called them and the lady said when they bought out the owner he already had so many round head molds made they havnt had to make any. Also she said they havnt changed any of the tooling they bought from the owner. I went ahead and ordered a couple to see. I was going to buy some anyway so maybe they are still bigger?

    I modified my mold as well. I agree, I like a bigger barb for fishing soft plastics.
