Has it been hot where you had them? I keep mine in the house and have never had any do that.
Maybe someone else has had this before. If not too hard I would try to break it back down some way though.
Sorry not much help from me on this one.

I've also never had that problem. As long as you keep it in a fairly controlled environment, like in your house, it should be okay. Heat and humidity would be your worst problems.

I also haven't had a problem with my powder paint in I've had some for over a year now. You deftly want to keep it in the house like everyone else. As mentioned above, you do not want to put this out in your garage or some place like that were it can get damp or heat on like they have mentioned but if you do have to put it someplace besides the house. I would make sure that I put it in a well insulated box .

Yeah I've heard of it happening, one guy used a piece of screening and got it all back into powdered form and said he had no problems using it. BUT another bought a bunch and left it in a hot car and it was ruined. Try crushing it all up and coat some jigs and see if they cure right, hope all turns out okay.

Sounds like it got damp some how or way to hot. I had bought a jar one time that had some peices that looked like little rocks in it. If you try to dip a heated jig into it there will be a big blob of paint on the side that hits one of the little rock type pieces. I returned mine to the store for another jar. If it was crushed back to fine powder it should be ok. But may be hard to do. I always check each jar before I by in store. Never had any trouble when ordering online through Barlow's. Like the others have said keep it inside and not let it get damp or to cool or to hot.
I keep mine inside the (attached) garage of my house in a cabinet. Yes, I have a/c in the garage as it is right off the family room and my fly tying bench is set up there in my man cave folks. I have some colors I have had well over ten years. Shake them and they are as good as new. If you get moisture in them or keep them in the heat they will fuse and you just have to throw it out. Keep your lid screwed on and keep them in a cool environment and you will be fine.

No probs here either and mine stays in the garage just off in a plastic bag

thanks guys for all the reply's. i posted something here a couple days ago , but i guess it didnt take. I havent had any big temperature changes, expect for my trip over here. all of porbably 10 containers were together though and only three of them had issues. i used a unsharpened pencil to smash most of the clumps down. I also ordered a fluid bed, do you think that will help it? not sure how a fluid bed really works. thanks again
A while back someone I think it was Robert (FlatFish) gave a solution for this and he said to get a cheap coffee grinder to break down the powder. I have not tried it yet but it does make sense!! Still looking for a coffee grinder at the thrift stores just to have in case I have this problem.
