Nice paint job, just be sure to clean the eyes out before you cure them. The only ice down here is keeping my beer cold. LOL

Used to ice fish but once you've gone through the ice once you tend to say the hell with it and just wait till spring. Nice jigs though

Welcome from Deep East Texas. I came from the mid-west and the upper part and have Ice fished. One of the many reasons I live in Texas. The jig look good now just add three weeks of below freezing temps and three inches of fresh ice and you are set. Yes it is a peacefull way to fish but a half hour to get dressed to fish is no longer my Idea of fun. Would rather spend 10 minutes putting the boat in the water. Like Skip said if our lake froze over then we would figure that the end of the world was at hand and the Devil finally had gotten air conditioning.

    Same this way.

Thats a meticulous paint job there, my friend! Tie something that moves when you blow on it to 'em and head to Louisiana.

oh and welcome to the board

To HOT there! The paint jobs are to horrible bad once you get the hang of it. I do tie some real small hair jigs on 80th ounce jig heads for ice fishing and they work great.
