Make more wraps and your thread should hide all by it self with a good whip finish. You need that chenille to come all the way up against the head good.

ok so i have been tying for about a month now and i have got it going ok but the one thing i am having a problem with is how to hide my thread after i put the chenille i allows have thread showing any way for me to learn this better thinks guys

It also helps to stock up on some colors of thread so you can use the same color as your chenille.

I use a color as close as I can get, but I think that I could use black on almost all of them and you would never no it's there.
One more little thing, depending on jig size and chenille size, on a normal size jig I will use about 6-7 wraps of chenille.
