I use a single rod set up like hunter7711. It does work good because certain colors are bad to run when you cure them. I use a fluid bed to paint my heads, but when painting the color orange, it's gonna run. Curing them heads up will prevent having a head looking like a conehead.

I use cheap aluminum bread pans which are really cheap. I cut the 4 corners flatten the edges then use a hole punch around the edges. I can get about 35-40 jigs per tray

I made a wire rack and attached hack saw blades to the horizonal wires. Rack is at my camper or I would show a picture. Good luck.

This works really good .I use almost the same method. When doing really small heads I use a spring like on screen door with a smaller dia. all thread.

You can find it in the decking section. 2 - 12" pieces of 1/4" threaded rod. 4 nuts and 2 wing nuts. and finally a pound of washers to fit the rod. I use 4 washers between each jig and it will hold 39 on each side. When done loading I tighten the wing nuts and turn it upside down. If I have used to much powder paint it will flow down the hook, instead of giving you a mis-shaped head. I cook at 350 for 20 min.
