You would have to keep that thing running to justify it. Which means you would have to sell a bunch of jigheads!

It's not the "MAKING" it's the "SELLING" to get your money back that would bother me.

Just as an example a guy over at Tackle Underground just went through the motions of buying just a mold!!!!!!!!!!! to go in one of the machines and his cost for the mold is about $4 thousand dollars!!!!!!!!!! That's just one mold.

He's gonna have someone else do his pouring for him and he owns the rights to the mold. He's not sure if he wants to get the machine or not yet.

fatman someone sure seen your freind comming, there is all kind of guys that will charge from 60.00 to 150.00 to make a spincast mold.I myself when I make a mold for someone they have exclusive rights to it no one else gets any from it with out there written permision.
But most guys just look at the cost of the machine. It doesnt sound so bad if you say it real fast LOl,but youve got to have a good leadpot normal cost is around $2300.00 for it they offer a 80 pound electric for around 800.00 but it wont work doesnt heat hot enough for the spinning,if your making your own molds then you have to have a ring frame, acorn nuts, dry lube, mica powder, raw silicone $500.00 for case of each color and lets you do 20 molds, and a vulcanizer, also so will need gate ring set just another 60.00 cutting tools Then most of all you have to be able to make the mold LOL also gonna need a air compressor 20 gal will work fine just another 200 to 300,When it is all said a done you will drop at leats $8000.00
To start to recoupe your start up I figured my first 300,000 were freebees LOL
