    Welcome from middle Tennessee. Most kits have basic tools and let you know if you want to pursue it further. A rotary vise will help you later, and good ones cost a bit. Used ones are available and work just as well. These folks will walk you thru any question or new technique you can come up with. Leave the tobacco alone and think of us as your support group. I quit 23 yrs ago. Glad you're along, enjoy the ride.
