Stump, you can take the scraps of every synthetic and natural materila you use including your thread and throw it in a bottle, use a pair of scisso5rs or something to chop it down to the smallest pieces oyu can and make dubbing. No reason to not save stuff unless you simply don't want to deal with it.

I definitely save all my flash scraps for that as well as any crystal chenille I have left. Unless I have some thread or cotton from the chenille in it I just chop is into my dubbing with my cheap coffee grinder.

I got a bunch of tine or small plastic storage jars I keep right behind me and any left overs I want go right into them. Have all kinds of stuff in them. From hair to that stuff the guy in Alaska sells to all kinds of flash and I keep the different kinds in different little jars.

I wish my jigs tied out of first run material looked as good as yours tied with scraps. LOL Great job!
