Hey if it works for you then I say do it! I took some info from Crappieday and bought some gutter material. I cut it to fit on my cookie sheet and then I kind of made the bottom a little flat (not perfect at all. Then I bent the top edges in slightly and then I flared out the edge so it sticks out enough that when I hang a jig on it the jig doesn't hit anything. I will try to take a picture one day to show.
Some guys on here have taken this farther than I have since they can bake about 4 to 5 times more than my 120 at a time. I do think if I start over and cut one piece into 3 and turn the the other way on that cookie sheet I could probably get to 150-170 at a time.
I like what you did though for the toaster ovens.
