I've never tried lead baits like that, But I know for sure that spoons catch fish,and those are close to spoons.... go figure!

I like the swimming jigs!!! My brother and sister in law, have been using them near the breakwalls for Rock Bass and do really well.

I didn't see what looks like a water bug in none of the other pictures,what happen a gar eat him.Seen several BIG water bugs sufacing today and diving right back down,may want to throw some paint it and try it too.
