Hang in there pbug, I know how you feel. This decade has sucked so I am refusing to answer my phone for the next 10 years. Find the ex a boyfriend that won't let her even think about you, let him deal with her.

If someone will post a picture of them I would like to see them. I really think they could work well here in both salt and fresh but I suck at soldering so I may have to order some some day or another.
I love taking my kids fishing, now if I could just manage to fish at the same time.

My first soldering attempts were crap too but you have to try again. Here are some tips

Look at my thread "Is anyone making ice jigs or pinmins"

use gold hooks and a nickle shell

    flux both surfaces

use a very thin wire solder and a good soldering iron

solder the pieces together to a mirror finish. About 5 sec.

Let cool 20 sec before moving it

clean off excess flux with a thinner

paint with a Vinyl lacquer paint.
