you need to factor in your materials and your TIME! I sell my crappie jigs for .99 cents each.
Give them away to friends or trade them for other stuff... is what I do.
i do the same gcd. trade alot of jigheads also
I keep it easy, I pick what I want to sell and price them to buy what I need to make more. I doubt I will ever get much more than that out of them.
I love taking my kids fishing, now if I could just manage to fish at the same time.
My advice would be trade for stuff or just give 'em away. Would never encourage anyone to try to make money at a hobby they enjoy. Sure way to kill the enjoyment. Now if building baits is your passion then jump in whole hog.
i usually just give them away but i have some older friends that insist on paying me and im just not sure what to tell them

if they insist on paying you. tell them to buy you a soda...
