    Default A few new jigs

Been working with different materials learning how it goes onto the hooks. Here are a few jigs. The pony, I think I ran the chenille a turn to far up the head but I can fix that.

I am looking forward to see how the green/orange does while fishing stained water. Been playing with the glitter nail polish too. LOL, I'll end up with all color of heads if I'm not careful!!

Yes too far up the Pony's head. It's supposed to only cover the lower part of the lead neck and as long as the hook shank is covered that is all that will matter. Also be careful how far you wrap it down the hook shank on the other end.

I am not a big fan of even length tails. IMHO the natural look such as the black and green one will give you a better presentation as far as undulation and movement is concerned. I agree with Skip about the pony head tie. It is getting better.
