    Default Been a while

Since I spent any time at the vise. I'll spare y'all the details but there's been lots goin on. Water is warm and the fish are moving good. Topwater for Bass is pickin up too. Got 2 fly rods for the first time in years and have to tie something to throw at em. The 4 wgt is a dream and the 7 wgt feels like a log in comparison, but still works well. S I tied a few for the gill with legs, a first for me, and a couple of 1/64 jig that was another first. I'm not real patient and the small stuff gives me fits. Anyway, here is last nites work. Came out better than expected, and I'm hoping the gill have a sense of humor. The bugs are on #8 hooks, smaller ones are too hard for me to retrieve. Thanx for lookin.

I tie bluegill bugs very similar to those and the gills really like them. They last much longer than the plastic bodies.
