    Default Hit the Oven JackPot

Got a New Powder coating oven yesterday. Or its new to me. It will hold 10 racks that are 15"X17" and the temps are from 100 degree to 500 degrees.
Price $0.00))))(()) Can't beat that. My wife had to order a new one for her lab. This old one they were going to throw away. So guess it was my lucky day. Its even SS inside .
Now I can do more of the big jigs I could only do 4 dozen at a time in the toaster oven. LOL.

Yeah add me to the list, every time I powder paint when I get done I have to do a full cleaning of the oven.

I got lucky on this one. Wife had to order a new one for her lab. And it cost $5000.00 but its a little bigger also.
Plan on making me a fluid bed 5" wide x 16" long and about 4" deep. Then get enough of this to make powder coating jigs a piece of cake. CS Coatings - Aluminum Clamping Rack
This clamping racks allow me to heat my jigs then dip up to 2 dozen per dip. of small jigs or 16 of my big jigs. Talk about cutting down on time its going to take most of the work out of it, other then cleaning the eyes. And have some high temp tape and spikes coming that will take care of that also.
