I am torn on that combo, those are my college fraternity colors but they are also LSU's colors. What is a Hog fan to do?? I hold one side of my nose:D
I actually really like that combo.

Hey no problem as the tail and eyes are not yellow,but FL Chartreuse (Green one). So not LSU colors.

How does the purple and char work on the fishes? I have used purple/white with decent success but not the other.

Both Purple and Chart and Purple and yellow are good on crappie. I have some burnt Orange, LOL! One of my little Roadrunner I posted had a Burnt Orange Tail, LOL! Actually Burnt Orange makes for some good crawfish colors. You would be surprised at how many college and Pro colors I have tied for people. A few year back a couple guys had a bet and one from Ark and the other La and of course they bet on the football game and the one that lost had to buy the other guy his school colors from me. It went for a couple years and the guy from Ark finally gave up that bet, but before that I did like 4 different LSU colors. Oh and also did Auburn. I am not really a LSU fan, but their colors are good fishing colors.
Have done both of them, and Cleveland browns and the Steelers. Of course I also did the Cowboys.
