    Default closing down the site

    Guys,
I'm getting out of the jig business. With the new job I just do not have time to spend tying jigs to sell.Should make some happy and some sad.
I want to thank all of you that did buy last year while I was a member of the army of the unemployed .
I will be selling off some things like sickle trebles, hammered spoons, and my fluid bed and maybe some materials and jigs and will be post them on the swap board.
I will still be on here but just not in the jig business.
Thanks to all and hope we all have a great spring on the water
A special thanks to Skip who got me going and it turned into sales of my jigs

Hate to see you go but glad it is for a good reason. Best wishes with the new job and hope it doesn't cut into your fishing time too much.
I love taking my kids fishing, now if I could just manage to fish at the same time.

Sad to hear it but glad to hear it at the same time if that makes sense. I'd be done with the jig tying biz about as soon as I had to stay home to tie jigs when I should be out fishing on the weekend. GO CATCH SOME FISH!!!! Or are you snowed in down there. lol

Thats why I wouldn't want to own a sporting good store. I had a chance one time but if I had, my fishing, hunting and hobbies would be over... Just don't let work interfer with your fishun.
    It ain't nuttin but luck.

Hope you don't give up tying as a hobby . I can't think of anything more theraputic unless it is fishing itself.

On the other hand when I owned a bait tackle and gun store . I never fished so little in my life. It never bothered hunting all that much.

the old cliche goes as one door is closed another is opened. Lets hope that new job pay well and is something you enjoy. Good luck in your new endeavor.
