    Default Hooks

This is my first post. I have read alot on this site and learned some great information and hope to be able to share some as well. But I do have a question. Does anyone know of jig hooks with double barbs on them? I've heard of them but the guy that told me about them doesn't know who made them. If anyone has any information on these hooks please let me know.
    Thanks

Are you talking about double barbs to hold soft plastics.I saw some in a crappie magazine and bought some myself in an auction on ebay. They hold plastics really well.

I have seen the double barbs on the lead part of the jigs that you are talking about. They do make a lot of difference. I may be mistaken the information that he gave me but I was pretty sure that he meant to barbs on the hook instead of the single as usual.

I'm not sure. Since posting this morning I have located some jigs from a company that have the hook on them. I have emailed the company to see if they sell the hooks directly as I couldn't find them on their website.
